We at Colby are primarily a rock splitting chemical agent supplier we specialize in non-explosive methods of rock breaking.

We make use of a high quality non-explosive mortar which can be used in areas of close proximity such as near water lines, electricity and fiber optic cables, near foundations, swimming pools, close to houses and other buildings where conventional explosives will not work due to the damage it could cause; this is possible because with the splitting agent, there is very little vibration compared to conventional methods, and it is extremely safe.

Non-explosive expansive mortar is used in areas where explosives are not permitted at all. This is a chemical product, in powder form, that we mix with specific amounts of water and then pour it into pre-drilled holes to cut, crack, break anything hard like concrete, re-enforced concrete, rocks & boulders.
